These terms govern the sale of digital license keys ("Activation Codes") for Garmin applications via brapps.xyz. By purchasing a code, you accept these terms without reservation.

3. Immediate Delivery & Waiver of Withdrawal Right

You acknowledge that by clicking "Buy" or "Purchase", you are requesting immediate access to the digital content.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU: You expressly waive your right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) once the digital code has been delivered or displayed to you.

Commercial Guarantee: However, purely as a commercial gesture, the Editor offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. Refund requests must be sent to support within 7 days of purchase.

4. License & Usage

• The purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on your compatible Garmin device.
• One license key is valid for one device (unless stated otherwise).

5. Limitation of Liability

The applications are provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Editor shall not be liable for:

• Any malfunction of the Garmin device or software.
• Incompatibility issues arising from future Garmin firmware updates.
• Data loss or financial loss related to the use of the apps (e.g., market data delays).

Liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the application.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of FRANCE. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
